We had our house listed over a year and decided to take it off because it was late fall. We gave 2 realtors a chance with only 1 low-ball offer. Josh bought our house for us and sold our house. He was very professional and patient with us. We had a hard time finding our prefect house and 9 offers later we finally got our family home.
