We had our house listed over a year and decided to take it off because it was late fall. We gave 2 realtors a chance with only 1 low-ball offer. Our banker recommended Joshua so we decided to try again even though it was heading into winter. When we met, he was so professional, and personable and left us with the feeling that he knew what he was talking about. Were we right about him!!! He paid for a stager (not all do) and went the extra with a coloured booklet with pictures. He was even doing his homework and marketing BEFORE it hit realtor.ca. We went on vacation to Florida on the Thursday following the listing Monday. Monday until the Thursday we had 2 showings a day, and not even a week listed, while in Florida, we had 2 offers!!!
