I wanted to give you all an update about how our company is doing during COVID-19. Like the rest of the world, we are taking each day one step at a time. From the start of this virus, we have taken the necessary precautions to help stop the spread. Our team is working from home and self-isolating. Each of us is dedicated to maintaining our health to help serve our clients in any way we can.
 
Our team schedules a call nearly every day to maintain constant communication and continue our strong workflow. Like so many others we are using face to face programs like Zoom to stay cohesive during these uncertain times. We are also very excited about perfecting a project we have been working on for the past year. We can’t wait to share the final product with you.
 
On the real estate side, we’ve had to make adjustments. We are limiting our face to face time with clients and partners. We are taking more precautions to safely conduct meetings, showings, listing appointments and inspections. We are mostly doing them through video chats. We are making sure our clients have every tool accessible so that they can continue their real estate transactions at a safe distance. Our goal is for them to have all the information they need to confidently buy or sell their property.
 
We are following the guidelines from the Government and suggestions from the Toronto Real Estate Board to ensure our clients' safety as well as ours. We have been working very closely with our business partners to ensure they are practicing clean initiatives as well as social distancing. There have been a few changes to the way we sell homes, especially regarding home staging and photography. For information about these and more changes please click here.
