Josh bought our house for us and sold our house. He was very professional and patient with us. We had a hard time finding our prefect house and 9 offers later we finally got our family home. During this process he was understanding, patient and encouraging to us. As a buyer it was very frustrating looking at over 60 houses, but josh worked with us and keep us sane and motivated.
