Richmond Hill has had a history of growth explosions! The town’s boundary increased from 1700 acres to 2700 acres when the town limits were expanded to include parts of Whitchurch-Stouffville, Markham, Vaughan and King in 1970. Jay Chauhan founded “The Richmond Hill Association for Multiculturalism” in 1989 which led to a population explosion with new people discovering the area for the first time and making it their home. As a result, Richmond Hill has developed many multicultural and diverse neighbourhoods and is still considered one of Canada’s fastest-growing towns.
Richmond Hill continues to see extensive population growth. Due to its close proximity and accessibility to Toronto, more and more people are calling Richmond Hill home. With the extension of the TTC subway to Vaughan, it has only driven prices higher. The current price of an average detached home in Richmond Hill is well over a million dollars. If the plans of the next subway extension to Highway 7 come to fruition, we will see the condo world explode in Richmond Hill. Once considered a small town and referred to as the "rose" capital of Canada, Richmond Hill has flourished. It is now a highly sought after community for those looking to raise a family in the same town where they can have a successful career. Joshua was an incredible resource both helping us find our home and selling our old place when the time came. He is a strong negotiator and provided a wide range of value add services leading up and following closing - it is just how he works! While, we found our “forever home” if we ever choose to sell or buy another place. We’ll be working with Josh.

Joshua Campbell was referred to me as I was moving into a new town that the other office was not familiar with. His support, knowledge, expertise and professionalism made the whole procedure of buying my new place seemless. I so appreciate his care and concern to help me make the right choice for my new home. I will most definitely reach out to him again for the next one.
I first met Josh about 9 years ago when I was renting a house. He was super friendly, helpful and understanding. 3 years later i was in a position to purchase my own home and there was no doubt who I would be calling - Josh-. A few words to describe him: knowledgeable, attentive, personable, trustworthy, hard working, I could keep going, He really is the real deal. If you want a realtor who's got your back and will find you your perfect home, you must call Josh!
My wife and I have been close friends with Josh for years. Although many would suggest that working with friends is not wise. It was different with Josh. We knew that we would be working with someone that treated us the same as anyone else, friends or not. He listened, he empathized and understood our needs. He was able to bring calm to an otherwise stressful situation. We would recommend him to anyone we know.

My wife and I have had the privilege of working with Josh on 2 occasions. Josh is professional, courteous and friendly. He is always available to answer questions, and his real estate knowledge is second to none. He was able to sell our first home for full price with no conditions on the first day of listing. We were also able to secure our second home thanks to some insight from Josh. Using Josh's guidance we wrote a letter to the home owner explaining my wife's connection to the property (she had grown up a couple doors down, and had actually swam in their pool). There were multiple offers of the same price, but we were able to secure the property partly because of that letter. If you are looking for a real estate agent who knows real estate, will be open and honest with you, and will work to get you the best deal, then Josh Campbell is a great choice.

Josh was top notch in every way - knowledge of market, dealing with our changes in direction, through to taking care of all the steps from the offer through to the closing. Josh's services extend beyond just the home sale, as he was quick to help with connections to services we needed before, during and after our move. On top of it all, he is a great person to do it all with. Thanks Josh!
We offer the highest level of expertise, service and integrity.
